We use PayPal shopping cart because it is secure, simple and safe. You do not have to be a PayPal customer to make a purchase using this service and there is no additional cost incurred by you. All major credit cards are processed by PayPal it is the same as paying by credit card only safer as we do not handle your personal information. You may also email your order and we will invoice you via PayPal for the total amount plus shipping. We are not able to process credit card information by any other method than PayPal.
Our products are naturally preserved. Handle them with clean hands and utensils. All of our products have a good shelf life when handled properly, still we do not suggest keeping them for more than one year to ensure they maintain quality.

Meadowlake Farm Honeybee Skin Care Products are of the highest quality. They have withstood trials for efficacy, usability and reliability. Our mild ingredients and formulas are unlikely to cause a reaction but individual responses can not be accounted for. It is the consumer's responsibility to test for, be aware of, sensitivity to individual ingredients prior to use. We will not be held responsible for reactions to ingredients, or accept returns due to reactions to ingredients. Being raw, non-commercially produced products, they may vary in texture and consistency from batch to batch. You may also notice color variations or an occasional partical. This is due to the raw honey. The color of honey varies depending on the floral source at the time the bees collected it.
We are happy to accept return of products due to manufacturing defects within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept returns of opened or used items that are not defective. To return, the invoice must be included. After inspection, you will receive a refund or replacement with free shipping. Unopened, unused items may be returned with an invoice within 14 days of purchase. They must be in the same condition and original packaging that they were received in. You will be responsible for return shipping charges on unopened items plus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are made via PayPal.
Anticipate a 2-4 business day lead time for shipping once your order has been placed. We ship twice a week. Our products are made fresh bi-weekly. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We are a small company who makes great products, not mass produced run of the mill skin care that sits in a warehouse for months awaiting a customer. Sometimes, even with our most prudent planning, we run our of fresh batches and have to make more. This may cause a day or two further delay.
Please take a moment to make certain you have provided an accurate shipping address. We will not refund or reship items that are sent to a wrong address. We use the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for our shipping needs. Per U.S. Postal Service policy, parcels too large to fit in a customer's mailbox or in a secured area are not left. We do not ship parcels that require a signature upon delivery unless you specifically request this service which may then require additional shipping charges. Parcel tracking information via USPS Priority Mail is available indicating when the parcel left our hands to when it was delivered to you, the customer. We will provide you with your parcel's tracking number upon request, so that you may track the parcel on the USPS web site. Please do not expect that we will perform tracking services for you. If upon receipt of your parcel, and you believe that your order is incorrect, please notify us by email. If we find you received the incorrect items, we will ask that you return the shipment to us for replacement or full refund as long as the items arrive to us in their original, unopened condition. We will absorb return shipping costs when these criteria are met. We offer the following shipping options:
United States Postal Service. We strive to keep our shipping charges low. Most domestic orders will arrive within 3-7 days of being shipped depending on your location. Please keep in mind that these products are made by hand in small batches to ensure the utmost quality. This may add several days to the ordering process in addition to transit time. International orders: The rates that are provided on this web site are for domestic shipping only. International orders will involve additional postage which we will inform you of via email prior to shipping. We ship all orders via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. You may refer to the USPS web site to estimate these charges yourself, prior to placing your order. Please make sure you provide a valid shipping address. We will not refund or reship lost orders due to an invalid address or orders that have been confirmed as having been delivered by the USPS. USPS is the most economical way for us to ship over seas. Please be advised that unlike private services, such as UPS or Federal Express, your parcel may take up to two weeks to arrive via this carrier. Parcel tracking information is only available indicating when the parcel left the U.S., and when it is delivered to you, the customer. We will provide you with your parcel's tracking number upon request, so that you may track the parcel on the USPS web site. Please do not anticipate that we will perform tracking services for you. The USPS is a reliable, cost saving service, costing approximately one quarter the price of private carrier services and thus it is our only choice in shipping. Once shipping charges to your destination are determined, we will send a PayPal money request for the amount due. If you do not respond to this request within 48 hours of receipt, we will cancel your order and issue a refund, assuming you do not wish to complete the transaction. We have operated an on-line store for many years with an impeccable customer satisfaction rate. We successfully ship our products to fabulous customers all over the world. Our customers' satisfaction is always our top concern. Unfortunately, we come upon the occasional purchaser who tries to scam us. These people are not our customers, we consider them criminals and deal with them accordingly. We really dislike dishonest people. The following terms are intended for them: We will not refund or replace missing parcels that the U.S. Postal Service has provided proof of delivery on. Be advised, all of our products are shipped with delivery confirmation. If a customer claims that they have not received a parcel that we have proof of delivery on, we will promptly turn the matter over to the U.S. Postal authorities as theft of U.S. mail either by another party or by a customer claiming they did not receive a parcel which they did, is mail fraud and a Federal Offense punishable by up to five years in prison. We will not be held responsible for claims of parcels that arrive damaged in shipping. We pack our products in a manner that damage should not be a concern. As inconvenient as this may be, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the USPS to resolve these issues. We will assist with purchase records if deemed appropriate. Be advised, we will take very seriously claims made by customers that shipments made were incomplete or items were missing. Know that we have a system in place in which we verify and document the content of each parcel prior to shipping. We keep records of this verification process. If such a claim is made and determined to be fraudulent, we will promptly turn these claims over to the USPS along with your name and address as this is mail fraud and a Federal Offense punishable by five years in prison.
